Located on Majestic Mt. Hood, in Government Camp, Oregon.

The Summit is a unique project targeted for the hospitality industry work force. This 48 unit project consisting entirely of shared housing in both quad and duplex styles. The duplex units are two master bedrooms suites on either end of an shared living room and kitchen.

The same independent living arrangement is available in both styles of units, with the only difference being the number of co-tenants in one shared unit. Financing was provided through nine different sources of Local, County, State and Federal grants and tax credits.

The project is targeted to workers earning under 50% of median income who work in the Mt. Hood Region. Project was completed in 1996 and is fully occupied with a waiting list.
